刚收到现货黄金及白银交易系统「MT4」的通知，指将由2025年8月30日起进行全面系统维护及整改，而有可能影响部份日常交易的功能；本公司有见及此，为免影响客户交易，因此受到影响，现特此通知客户，由2025年7月29日起，所有客户只可平仓，不可再开立新仓，直至另行通知；此外，本公司将由2025年8月1日起，将现货黄金及白银每手保证金调整至10,000美元，敬请客户于上述日子前预留充足资金。

客户请留意，本公司收到交易商通知，由2021年8月20日(星期五)起，现货黄金(XAUUSD)及白银(XAGUSD)的所有交易指示将会更改为只接受「即日有效的交易指示」，而所有未成交的交易指示，系统将会在「每日结算时段」自动取消，敬请留意，如有需要，请客户于下一个工作日的开市时段内自行重新下单。

本公司的现货黄金及白银系统供货商MT４已进行系统升级，升级有助提升落盘速度及穏定性。因此，由即日起至7月22日，烦请使用手机APP交易的客户，自行于APP Store(IOS)/Play Store(AOS)将系统升级；而使用「电脑版」的客户，则请到本公司网站下载最新版的应用程序并进行系统升级(请看以下连结)。如客户未能于上述日期前进行升级，该系统会于7月23日起将无法登入进行交易，建议客户及早进行升级，敬请留意。如有查询请致电各分行或现货黄金及白银热线38900668。

You may be requested to maintain a higher level of margin, as the margin requirement is determined by the company and adjusted according to the market conditions from time to time. 因按金水平随市况而调整，客户随时有可能被要求存入更多的按金。

If you cannot maintain the required margin in your Bullion Account, you may sustain losses due to all or any of your position(s) being closed or executed by the company without your consent. 在无需事先通知客户的情况下，如客户之账户未能维持由公司订定的所需按金金额，客户之合约可能随时被平仓或被行使，客户可能因此而蒙受亏蚀。

据谷歌指出，全球不少Android(安卓)手机用户当开启任何APP时，均出现”閃退”的情况；特别是当客户透过Android(安卓)手机，登入银行或各金融类别APP时，”閃退”的情况均会出现。官方表示已全力抢修中，倘若客户登入本公司的任何APP出现相关情况，请客户按以下新闻链接，按内文程序进行复修；如有任何查询，可向本公司任何分行查询。

“倘若用户遇上有关情况，可进入Google Play，在「应用程序和游戏」的「已安装」项目，找出「Android System WebView」，将其卸载并重新启动，就能暂时恢复正常。”

 

“如果 Google Play 无法正常启动，则可以在手机「设定」，在「应用程序和通知」点击查看全部应用程序，同样找到「Android System WebView」，进入右上角的选项「卸载更新」。如「Android System WebView」无法更改，则可以尝试停用 Chrome 浏览器。”
